In case of suspicion or finding that the ordered product did not arrive as it should have, please immediately send photos of the product and receipt in the complaint email.
When the product breaks down faster than it should, please also send photos of the product and receipt with the date of sale via email.
If the product arrives broken, please send photos and we will try to send a new package as soon as possible.
Complaints are dealt with immediately, no later than within 14 days.

Under art. 38 para. 4 of the Consumer Rights Act the consumer is not entitled to withdraw from the Sales Agreement because the Products subject to the Sales Agreement have a short shelf life.
